There’s nothing sexier than a bad girl who doesn’t know her limits. Legal limits that is. We’ve put together a killer list (just kidding, no celebrity murderers on this list) of all the sexiest drunk drivers, crack heads, and all around idiots in Hollywood. Oh and please keep in mind that these mugshots might not be the hottest shots you’ve seen of these women. But how can they be when the prison lighting is so harsh and unforgiving.

Mischa Barton

Barton was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, and driving without a valid license on December 27, 2007. She was stopped by the police during the early morning hours in West Hollywood, California when she was seen “straddling the lanes and failing to signal for a turn”. Police discovered during the traffic stop that Barton “was an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage”.

Kumari Fulbright

Crowned Miss Pima County (2005) and Miss Desert (2006), was also a University of Arizona law student and law clerk working for U.S. District Court Judge Raner Collins. She was indicted on 5 felony charges on Dec. 18. The accused crimes were armed robbery, aggravated robbery, kidnapping and two charges of aggravated assault with a gun.

Heather Locklear

In September 2008, Locklear was pulled over and arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence by a California Highway Patrol officer just outside Santa Barbara after she was seen driving erratically. Police had been tipped off about Locklear’s driving by Jill Ishkanian, a former reporter and editor at Us Weekly magazine, who saw Locklear outside a market in Montecito, California. Ishkanian photographed the incident and then sold the photos to celebrity news website TMZ.com for $27,500, though she claims it was entirely a chance meeting and denies following Locklear or setting her up in order to obtain photographs.

Yasmine Bleeth

In December 2000, Bleeth voluntarily entered the Malibu-based Promises rehabilitation clinic to overcome a cocaine addiction. On September 12, 2001, Bleeth was arrested in Michigan after her car pulled off the highway and wound up on a median. No other cars were involved. The car accident occurred on Interstate 94 near Detroit as she and her future husband, Paul Cerrito, were heading to Detroit Metropolitan Airport. Police found four syringes with an injectable form of cocaine in them and a small plastic bag with cocaine residue on it. The next day police conducted a search of her hotel room, and they found more cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

Carmen Electra

Dennis Rodman and Carmen were arrested on battery charges early one Friday after getting into a fight at a hotel. Both were charged with misdemeanors and ordered to stay at least 500 feet away from each other. They were released Friday afternoon on $2,500 bail after spending several hours handcuffed in custody. Authorities said that both suffered minor injuries that did not require medical attention.

Paris Hilton

In September 2006, Hilton was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.08%, the level at which it is illegal to drive in California. Hilton’s driving license was subsequently suspended in November 2006, and in January 2007 she pleaded no contest to a reckless driving charge.

Nicole Richie

In February 2003, Richie was arrested in Malibu, California and was charged with possession of heroin while driving with a suspended driver’s license. In December 2006, Richie was arrested by the California Highway Patrol after she failed a field sobriety test.

Lindsey Lohan

Lohan has had a series of car accidents that have been widely reported, with minor crashes in August 2004, October 2005, and November 2006, when Lohan suffered minor injuries because a paparazzo who was following her for a photograph hit her car. Police called the crash intentional, but prosecutors said there was not enough evidence to file criminal charges.

Khloe Kardashian

On March 4, 2007, Kardashian was arrested for driving under the influence. On July 18, 2008, Kardashian reported to jail to serve time for violation of probation. She faced a sentence of up to 30 days and enrollment in an alcohol treatment program within three weeks of her release from jail. She was released from jail fewer than three hours later due to overcrowding. California is awesome. I’m moving.
